Positive: Everything. Friendly staff, great food, comfortable rooms, great atmosphere.

Negative: The pillows! You are not alone..... I stay in a lot of hotels and the pillows are universally awful. Far to thick for comfort. I wish there was a choice or a few pillows of different thickness.

Positive: Everything from the moment of arrival to departure was exceptional. Incredible customer service, welcome, food, room - thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Negative: A warm cookie on arrival just started the experience. The bed was very comfy, shower was exceptional, and the food was incredible.

Positive: Very comfortable and clean room, but a little on the small side. Really nice country pub with good food though a little high priced. Staff were excellent

Negative: The room was right next to kitchen fans which were noisy through the night, but earplugs were provided in the room
